Does eating only oats for about 2weeks/1month reduces weight? As I am fat I wanted lose my weight. Can u please say which diet is best to reduce weight?

Only oats will not helpful for weight loss. For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in your diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add plenty of water. Avoid oily and fried food in your diet.
