Jimin Drawing Easy Step by Step

I decided to show you how to draw Jiminie :star2: .

This will be my first try to teach someone to draw realistic face, sooo I just want to explain everything in detail. There will be a lot of text, I will try to explain, how to draw his face: eyes, ears, nose, lips and etc. You can personally choose if you want to make shadows or just left it like a simple sketch. It depends on your patience and your desire. So, let's start! :grinning:

1. Eyes

For me, eyes is one of the easiest parts of Jimin's beautiful face. Their shape reminds me the shape pf pumpkin seeds :joy: Try to draw something like that :arrow_down: :arrow_down: :arrow_down: :arrow_down: and I think it will be quite similar to his eyes. Then make a dark pupil and shadow iris slightly brighter, because Chimchim has dark grey eyes (on some photos they look lighter because around him there are many lamps). Sclera should be darker in the edges and corners. (That is not the example of what I try to explain above this text, this is just an image to show you, how I started my drawing).

2. Nose

Okay, nose :nose: Jimin has a small nose (I can't, my photoshop skills :arrow_up: :arrow_up: :arrow_up: :arrow_up: :joy: , sorry for that). So, you don't need to draw those lines to create a shape of nose, but if you want to do that, I think with those lines, it will be easier to draw, then don't do them bright! Don't forget that you will have to erase them (if only u want to make abstract Jimin :eyes: ). White color shows the lightest place of the nose, orange shows transition to the darkest "blue" colored place of nose, the place around nostrils. Better transition you can see in the second example which transitions from white to light grey and from grey to dark. I hope this helps you to understand.

3. Lips :kiss:

Jimin has big lips :heart_eyes: And it's not very difficult to draw them. Once again, look at my photoshop skills :arrow_up: :arrow_up: :arrow_up: :arrow_up: , it's a little scheme which shows shadows and form. How to use it I explained in the previous step. Draw light lines to make a shape and then shadow. Shadows' darkness and transitions depend on where is the light source.

4. Face shape

Once you choose what you want to draw, make the same thing as i did there :arrow_up: :arrow_up: :arrow_up: , just draw lines, LIGHT LINES! (I don't think that you want to erase a half of the drawing, because you drew those lines too dark and also when you erase, you can accidentally damage paper :scream: )

5. Ears

Chimchim also has little ears and I don't remember if I have seen him without earrings. I found that scheme :arrow_down: :arrow_down: :arrow_down: :arrow_down: , try to practice couple of times on other piece of paper, the less you erase, the better will look your drawing.

6. Hair

I personally draw a lot of lines in one place a few times. First time very light and every time darker and darker. Draw lines in the direction where hair is falling. Then Jimin's hair will look more realistic.

AFTER ALL THESE STEPS, YOU HAVE SOMETHING LIKE THIS

It doesn't look good at all :persevere: And that's because it's a sketch. After I added shadows and changed some details it changed into this :arrow_down: :arrow_down: :arrow_down:
